Two Projectors, like that above, were in the projection room.
The square is a window for the movie light to pass through into audiance area
The largest portion is a lamp house.

The diagram below displays how light is generated within the lamp house

C - Negative Carbon Rod Adjustment Knob, ..........D - Negative Carbon Rod,
E - Horizontal Mirror Adjustment, ..........F - Positive Carbon Rod Adjustment Knob,
G - Positive Carbon Rod, ..........H - Hand Douser (Cut Light Off)

 

Film Repair/Splicing Area

Films were also cut to remove sections of show
