The yellow number “1” locates Harrison's farm established in 1837. Number 2 locates the McCormick farm, also established in 1837. The yellow road locates the road they built to their farms, through the swamp. The number  “3” is where Alvin Hutchins settled in 1848 and lived out his life; the father to Horace Hutchins.
